LLRC Football Team: 5 'A' SIDE TOURNAMENT

HISTORY:

Despite being officially established in 2007, LLRC FT actually started out as a fun-fun football team somewhere in early 2007. Most of the players are from Bandaran KB where they did not participate in 2007 Brunei League. After being the most successful team in Kuala Belait, most of the Bandaran KB's talented players joined LLRC FT and the club became even more stronger and well established.

In 2008, LLRC FT joined the Brunei Premier League (Brunei 2nd division). In the first attempt, the team manage to gain promotion/playoff into the Brunei 1st division where they got 2nd place out of 8 teams competing.

In 2008, LLRC FT were also participating in the Brunei Premier Cup but were knocked out in the Semi-final by the defending champions, ABDB. In Brunei FA Cup, LLRC FT only managed only to the 2nd round where we were knocked out by Brunei Premier League Div II table toppers AM Gunners.

LLRC FT also joins other tournament around Brunei such as Brunei Futsal Tournament, 9-aside, beach soccer...

5 'A' SIDE TOURNAMENT

Last sunday, 3rd May 2009, the 5'a'side tournament was held. Altogether, 13 teams had registered. However, on the actual day, X-Pakatisto couldn't come due to some personal matters, leaving 12 teams altogether.As previously done, the teams were divided into two groups
